What is Famiglia Pulcinella?<\/h4>\n<p>Famiglia Pulcinella is the official loyalty programme of Gruppo Pulcinella, managed by GASTROSTAR SOLUTIONS, S.L., and valid across all restaurants within the Group.<\/p>\n<p>The programme rewards customer loyalty through a points accumulation system redeemable for rewards, products and exclusive benefits.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Programme Membership<\/h4>\n<p>Famiglia Pulcinella is open to any individual aged 18 or over, upon registration on the Cheerfy platform provided by Gruppo Pulcinella at the following link:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/portal.cheerfy.com\/?portal_id=fae05aba84614330aaa722df14eae61c&#038;affiliate=web<\/p>\n<p>Once registration is complete, the member will have access to a digital card linked to their profile and phone number.<\/p>\n<p>Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each member may only hold one active account linked to a single phone number.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Points Accumulation<\/h4>\n<p>To accumulate points, members must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be correctly registered in Famiglia Pulcinella.<\/li>\n<li>Identify themselves at the time of payment by presenting their digital card or providing the phone number associated with their account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Points will be assigned automatically at the time of payment.<\/p>\n<h4>Points System<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 point for every \u20ac5 spent.<\/li>\n<li>There is no limit on points earned per visit.<\/li>\n<li>The programme is only valid for purchases made in person at Group restaurants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Points are not awarded for<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Home delivery or takeaway orders.<\/li>\n<li>Orders placed through third-party platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate or group events with a set menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No retrospective claims will be accepted for points not assigned when the member failed to identify themselves correctly at the time of payment.<\/p>\n<p>Points expire if no purchase is recorded within 12 consecutive months.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Membership Levels<\/h4>\n<p>Famiglia Pulcinella has the following membership levels:<\/p>\n<h4>Socio<\/h4>\n<p>Entry-level membership tier (0 to 200 points).<\/p>\n<p>Socio members have access to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selected menu items available as rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Special programme rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Exclusive promotions for members, as assigned by the restaurant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferente<\/h4>\n<p>Level achieved through points accumulation and maintenance of a minimum annual activity (201 to 300 points).<\/p>\n<p>Preferente members have access to all Socio benefits, plus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional special rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Priority access to Group experiences and events.<\/li>\n<li>Preferential recognition in the dining room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To retain Preferente status, members must accumulate a minimum of 200 points during the current calendar year. If this minimum is not met, the member will be downgraded to the previous level. Points accumulated within the Preferente level will be reset to 0 (ZERO POINTS).<\/p>\n<h4>Onorario<\/h4>\n<p>Premium membership level reserved for the most active and frequent customers (301 to 2,000 points).<\/p>\n<p>Onorario members enjoy all benefits of the previous levels, plus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private host service.<\/li>\n<li>Guaranteed reservation priority for 2 people with up to 24 hours\u2019 notice at any restaurant within the Group.<\/li>\n<li>Invitations to private events and exclusive experiences organised by Gruppo Pulcinella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To retain Onorario status, members must accumulate a minimum of 500 points during the current calendar year. If this minimum is not met, the member will be downgraded to Preferente level and their Onorario points counter will be reset to 0.<\/p>\n<p>Gruppo Pulcinella reserves the right to modify, expand or redefine the benefits associated with each level at any time, with prior notice through its official channels.<\/p>\n<h4>Fondatore<\/h4>\n<p>Famiglia Pulcinella includes an exclusive category called \u201cFondatore\u201d, limited to a maximum of 50 active members within the Onorario tier.<\/p>\n<p>Access to this level is by private invitation only, issued directly by Gruppo Pulcinella to those customers considered among the most relevant and active members of the programme.<\/p>\n<p>Once the limit of 50 active members is reached, no new members will be admitted unless Gruppo Pulcinella expressly decides otherwise. A waiting list will be created for those who have reached the required level to join this group.<\/p>\n<h4>Fondatore Benefits<\/h4>\n<p>Fondatore members enjoy all Onorario benefits, plus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15% discount on the menu, renewable every 6 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Conditions of the Fondatore discount:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not combinable with any other current promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Cannot be used together with other programme coupons or rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Unlimited use for as long as membership remains active.<\/li>\n<li>The discount renews automatically every 6 months, provided the member maintains active Fondatore status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gruppo Pulcinella reserves the right to withdraw Fondatore status in cases of inactivity, misuse or breach of these terms, without entitlement to any compensation.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Rewards and Coupons<\/h4>\n<p>Accumulated points may be redeemed for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menu items.<\/li>\n<li>Selected dishes.<\/li>\n<li>Special rewards established by the Group.<\/li>\n<li>Promotional benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rewards will be issued or activated through the Cheerfy platform linked to the member\u2019s account.<\/p>\n<h4>Terms of Use<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All rewards and coupons are valid for 45 days from the date of issue.<\/li>\n<li>Coupons are personal and non-transferable.<\/li>\n<li>Only ONE COUPON may be used per booking or table.<\/li>\n<li>Coupons and promotions cannot be combined with one another.<\/li>\n<li>It is not possible to use multiple coupons simultaneously during the same visit.<\/li>\n<li>Expired rewards cannot be recovered or reactivated in any form unless the company decides otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7. Cancellation of Membership<\/h4>\n<p>Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting:<\/p>\n<p>lafamiglia@gruppopulcinella.com<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation will result in the closure of the account and the forfeiture of all points and\/or benefits accumulated during participation in the programme. This action is irreversible.<\/p>\n<p>However, members who wish to re-enrol may do so and start from scratch.<\/p>\n<p>The member\u2019s personal data will be handled in accordance with the provisions set out in Section 10 of these terms.<\/p>\n<h4>8. Misuse and Fraud<\/h4>\n<p>Gruppo Pulcinella reserves the right to suspend, cancel or restrict accounts, points, rewards or membership levels in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fraudulent use of the programme.<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Use of false or inaccurate data.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of coupons or cards to third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Improper manipulation of the system.<\/li>\n<li>Behaviour detrimental to the programme or to other members.<\/li>\n<li>Breach of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In such cases, no right to compensation or claim shall arise.<\/p>\n<h4>9. Amendments and Cancellation of the Programme<\/h4>\n<p>Gruppo Pulcinella may modify, suspend or cancel Famiglia Pulcinella, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>Any amendments will take effect upon publication through the Group\u2019s official channels or on the Cheerfy platform.<\/p>\n<h4>10. Data Protection<\/h4>\n<h4>Data Controller<\/h4>\n<p>GASTROSTAR SOLUTIONS, S.L.<\/p>\n<p>Paseo de la Castellana 156, 2nd Floor \u2014 28046 Madrid<\/p>\n<p>CIF: B-86976990<\/p>\n<p>Contact: lafamiglia@gruppopulcinella.com<\/p>\n<p>Participation in Famiglia Pulcinella involves the processing of personal data necessary for the management of the programme, allocation of rewards, associated communications and commercial benefits related to Gruppo Pulcinella.<\/p>\n<p>Data processing will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and all other applicable Spanish legislation.<\/p>\n<h4>Data Processor<\/h4>\n<p>Cheerfy acts as data processor in its capacity as the technology platform used to manage the programme. Data processing by Cheerfy is governed by its own privacy policy and by the data processing agreement entered into with GASTROSTAR SOLUTIONS, S.L.<\/p>\n<h4>Retention Period<\/h4>\n<p>Member data will be retained for the duration of active membership. Following cancellation of the programme membership, all member data will be deleted within a maximum period of 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.<\/p>\n<h4>User Rights<\/h4>\n<p>Members may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by submitting a written request to:<\/p>\n<p>lafamiglia@gruppopulcinella.com<\/p>\n<p>Members also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos \u2013 AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable legislation: www.aepd.es<\/p>\n<h4>11.
